Registration Rates

Listed below were the registration rates for the 32nd Annual Meeting and various Pre-Conference Programs hosted by the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC). Early registration rates expired on Oct. 4 while regular registration rates expired Nov. 1.

Registration prices included continental breakfast, lunch and a light evening meal. Please note your registration classification to determine the correct program fees.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. You may fax your cancellation to +1 888-289-9844 or e-mail SITC@showcare.com. Requests must be submitted by Oct. 4, 2017. A $50 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. All refunds will be processed after the programs; you will receive an e-mail confirmation. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received after Oct. 4, 2017. Special considerations will be given for health or family emergencies if requested in writing to SITC@showcare.com no later than 15 business days after the last day of the programs.
