Immediately following, join other Annual Meeting attendees for the Presidential Reception, the official kickoff event of SITC's 32nd Annual Meeting.

Poster Receptions

An excellent networking opportunity, Poster Receptions offer education in a more relaxed atmosphere where attendees interact with poster presenters one-on-one. The reception periods take place in Prince George's Exhibition Hall AB at the following times:

6:30 – 8 p.m., November 10
6:30 – 8 p.m., November 11

A staple of the SITC Annual Meeting & Pre-Conference Programs, The CheckPoints, the society’s house band, entertain attendees while enjoying a beverage and dancing the night away!

Members of The CheckPoints band include SITC members who are renowned leaders in the field.
