When can I book a hotel room?

Exhibitors could reserve hotel rooms within the SITC room block after they redeemed their complimentary registrations, and/or have registered their attendees. In order for us to have guaranteed the SITC hotel room rate, book before Oct. 4. Exhibitors had to be sure to make their reservations early, as the room block could sell out prior to the deadline. How can I submit an abstract to be considered for presentation?

For information on abstract submission, including submission guidelines and deadlines, click here. All abstracts submitted to the SITC 32nd Annual Meeting will be published in the Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer, the official journal of SITC on Tuesday, Nov. 7.

What are the Pre-Conference Programs?

Prior to the Annual Meeting, SITC offered programming designed to educate attendees on topics related to cancer immunotherapy. The Industry Program: Biomarkers Fair and 2nd International Symposium on Cancer Immunotherapy took place Wednesday, Nov. 8, and the Primer and Workshop took place Nov. 9. These programs were open to all attendees for an additional fee.
