When can I book a hotel room?

Exhibitors can reserve hotel rooms within the SITC room block after they have redeemed their complimentary registrations, and/or have registered their attendees. In order to guarantee the SITC hotel room rate, book before Oct. 4. Be sure to make your reservations early, as the room block may sell out prior to the deadline. How can I submit an abstract to be considered for presentation?

For information on abstract submission, including submission guidelines and deadlines, click here. All abstracts submitted to the SITC 32nd Annual Meeting will be published in the Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer, the official journal of SITC on Tuesday, Nov. 7.

What are the Pre-Conference Programs?

Prior to the Annual Meeting, SITC offers programming designed to educate attendees on topics related to cancer immunotherapy. The Industry Program: Biomarkers Fair and 2nd International Symposium on Cancer Immunotherapy will take place Wednesday, Nov. 8, and the Primer and Workshop will take place Nov. 9. These programs are open to all attendees for an additional fee.
