Summit Description:

On August 17^th the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) hosted the Crisis in Clinical Research Virtual Summit. The summit featured oncology experts from academia, industry and government, including the FDA and NCI. The summit focused on what's become a crisis in clinical research including limited patient access to clinical trials and slowed drug development due to staffing shortages, administrative burden and current business models. The enduring materials for the summit include a recording of each panel and talk, as well as important resources discussed and distributed throughout the day of the summit.
