The SITC Women in Cancer Immunotherapy Network’s (WIN) Leadership Institute is a two-day program that explores topics that can help to benefit females to emerge as leaders in the field of cancer immunotherapy. The program will help women to develop and enhance leadership skills as well as explore topics around diversity, inclusivity and understanding their role as an emerging leader. Female participants from clinical settings, industry, pharma, government, and academia, will be given an opportunity to network with one another and share experiences unique to the female perspective in the field of cancer immunotherapy.
The Women in Cancer Immunotherapy Network (WIN) is a Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) initiative seeking to promote and elevate women in the cancer immunotherapy field. Championed by SITC Past President Lisa H. Butterfield, PhD, the society's first female president, WIN provides a forum for women to discuss important topics relevant to their advancement in the field.
