34th Annual Meeting Registrants

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. You may fax your cancellation to 414-276-3349 or email education@sitcancer.org. Requests must be submitted by November 6, 2019. A $10 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. All refunds will be processed after the programs; you will receive an email confirmation. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received after November 6, 2019. Special considerations will be given for health or family emergencies if requested in writing to education@sitcancer.org no later than 15 business days after the last day of the programs.
