The 34^th Annual Meeting & Pre-Conference Programs (SITC 2019) was held at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center in National Harbor, Md. with housing at the following hotels:

Reserve a Room

All individuals must be registered for the SITC 34^th Annual Meeting and/or a SITC 2019 Pre-Conference Program before reserving a hotel room. To register for the meeting and then reserve a hotel room, please visit the registration page. Hotel reservation information will be provided in the meeting registration confirmation email.

Room Rates

• National Harbor area hotel rates starting at $259 per night
• Alexandria area hotel rates starting at $149 per night 

The above rate does not include tax and resort fees

Reservation deadline: Monday, Oct. 14, 2019

Hotel Reservation Cancellation Deadline

• 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date
• Cancelling your reservation less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to the daily room rate plus tax

Important Housing Notice

Third-party companies have been inaccurately representing themselves as a SITC housing vendor. SITC does not partner with third-party housing vendors. Reservations for SITC 2019 should be made with the information received in your conference registration confirmation email. SITC is not responsible for other means of reservation. Should you provide your credit card information to an unauthorized third-party company, your card may be charged, but you may not have a reservation when you arrive at the hotel.
