Registration and housing for the 34th Annual Meeting & Pre-Conference Programs (SITC 2019) of the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) is now open for all.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. You may fax your cancellation to (888) 289-9844 or email SITC@showcare.com. Requests must be submitted by Oct. 8, 2019. A $50 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. All refunds will be processed after the programs; you will receive an email confirmation. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received after Oct. 8, 2019. Special considerations will be given for health or family emergencies if requested in writing to SITC@showcare.com no later than 15 business days after the last day of the programs.

Photography Policy

SITC often employs the services of a professional photographer/videographer at SITC events to capture images and audiovisual (AV) recordings for use in society archival and promotional material. Your attendance at SITC events implies your permission for images and an AV recording captured to be used for purposes of SITC archival materials, promotional materials, and publications, and waives your rights for compensation or ownership of these images.

Guest Registration Policy

Guest registration is available for those accompanying registered delegates and grants admission to evening receptions, but it does not permit attendance to scientific sessions.

Delegates may register a guest during the registration process or guests may register at the SITC Registration Desk for a $275 fee. Badges for a pre-registered guest are provided to the delegate at the SITC Registration Desk onsite. Society members or authors/co-authors of abstracts may not utilize the guest registration rate.
