How do I book an exhibit booth?  

Virtual exhibit options are now available! Contact the SITC Development Office at +1 414 271 2456 or development@sitcancer.org for information on exhibiting at SITC 2020. 

What are the virtual exhibit hours?

The virtual exhibit hall will be accessible for the duration of the meeting, but the dedicated hall hours are:

5 - 6 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 12
12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
5 - 6 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 13

Important Deadlines

Sept. 4 - Ad commitment deadline
Sept. 20 - Final, SITC-approved ads due
Oct. 1 - Sponsor graphics due
Oct. 11 - Printed registration bag inserts due

How can I submit an abstract to be considered for presentation? 

For information on abstract submission, including eligibility criteria and deadline, click here. All abstracts submitted to SITC 2020 will be published in the Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer (JITC), the official journal of SITC on Monday, Nov. 9, 2020.

What are the Pre-Conference Programs? 

In the days before the Annual Meeting, SITC offers programming designed to educate attendees on topics related to cancer immunotherapy. These programs are open to all attendees for an additional fee, but are not included in complimentary exhibitor and sponsor registrations.
