Where is the meeting schedule located?
The full schedule can be viewed from the SITC 2020 virtual meeting platform by hovering over "Theater" in the main navigation menu and selecting "Agenda".
When viewing the meeting schedule in the Theater, click "Add Reminder" next to a session to add it to your individual agenda. This will generate a calendar invitation that you can download.
Your personalized agenda can also be created by hovering over "Theater" in the main navigation menu, then selecting "Agenda" from the drop-down menu.
Click "Theater" on the main navigation menu or from the lobby to view the list of sessions, then click the red "Join" button next to a session to join.
How can I ask questions during sessions?
Click the green Q&A icon in the session to submit a question.
Questions will be sent to the session moderator. The session moderators will announce the approach for responding to questions. Some sessions will take questions after each presentation, while other sessions will address all questions after each presentation. Please not that all questions may not be addressed due to a high volume of questions.
Is there a way to chat with others during a session?
Select sessions offer the ability to chat with others in the session room. Click the green "Chat" icon in a session to participate in the chat.

How can I access the presentation slides?
Presentation slides will be available within each session by clicking the green Handouts icon when viewing an on-demand presentation.
When will on-demand recordings and slides be available?
On-demand recordings and slides will be available to program registrants and SITC Members after each session. Please note that additional registration is require for Pre-Conference Programs.
How can I connect with other attendees?
There are several opportunities to connect with other attendees:
- Visit the Connection Lounge and chat with other attendees.
- To chat individually with someone, double-click that person’s avatar/photo from the Connection Lounge. From their profile, you can choose to start a chat with that person, message them or share your virtual business card (v-card). The individual will be prompted to accept your chat before you can begin a conversation with them.
- Select sessions have the ability to chat with others in the session room. Click the green "Chat" icon in a session to participate in the chat.
For all interactions within the SITC 2020 virtual meeting platform, attendees must abide by the
SITC Meeting Code of Conduct.

Where can I find on-demand recordings and slides?
- All sessions will be available on-demand after each session has ended. The on-demand recordings and slides will be posted in the meeting schedule on the SITC 2020 virtual meeting platform, which can be found by clicking “Theater” on the main navigation menu or by clicking “Theater” in the lobby.
- You can access presentation slides within each session by clicking the green Handouts icon when viewing an on-demand presentation.

- Registrants will have access to the program(s) that they registered for. Please note that additional registration is required for Pre-Conference Programs.
- SITC Members will have access to all on-demand content from the 35th Anniversary Annual Meeting and Pre-Conference Programs.
- Also beginning on Jan. 1, 2021, individuals who did not register and who are not SITC Members will be able to purchase access to on-demand content.
- Six months after the program, on-demand content will be available to the public, as permitted by presenters.
When can I view ePosters?
The Poster Hall will be open begining Nov. 9 at 8 a.m. EST. The Poster Hall will remain open until Dec. 31, 2020, for on-demand viewing.
How do I access ePosters?
From the SITC 2020 virtual meeting platform, click "Posters" on the main navigation menu or by clicking "Poster Hall" in the lobby.
When can I talk with ePoster Presenters?
During ePoster viewing times, poster presenters will be at their ePosters to answer live questions from attendees. ePoster viewing times are scheduled for:
- Odd numbered ePosters: Wednesday, Nov. 11 at 5:15–5:45 p.m. EST
- Even numbered ePosters: Thursday, Nov. 12 at 5:30–6:30 p.m. EST
- Odd numbered ePosters: Friday, Nov. 13 at 4:40–5:10 p.m. EST
- Even numbered ePosters: Saturday, Nov. 14 at 1–1:30 p.m. EST

Type the author's name in the search bar. You can also use the search bar to search by key word.
Are posters available for download as PDFs?
No, posters are not available for download as PDFs.
However, all abstracts can be viewed and saved as PDFs in the
Journal for Immunotherapy of Cancer (JITC),
here.
What is the time zone for the meeting?
Eastern Standard Time.
To set your time zone, enter the Theater, and select your time zone from the drop-down in the upper right-hand corner of the white player box.

How can I claim Continuing Education Credits?
The Primer for Tumor Immunology and Cancer Immunotherapy™ and select sessions of the 35th Anniversary Annual Meeting are available for continuing education credits (CME, CNE, CPE and MOC credits are available.) To claim credit, visit the Resource Center in the SITC 2020 virtual meeting platform in the category “Surveys and Claiming CE Credit.” Then click on the appropriate learner notification document.
Which sessions and programs qualify for Continuing Education Credits?
The Primer for Tumor Immunology and Cancer Immunotherapy™ and select sessions of the 35th Anniversary Annual Meeting. Annual Meeting Sessions with credit available are noted on the
schedule page.
How do I request a certificate of attendance (non-CE)?
Complete the SITC 2020 Evaluation. Within the evaluation, there is a place to select that you would like to receive a certificate of attendance. The SITC 2020 Evaluation is located in the Resource Center in the SITC 2020 virtual meeting platform, under the category “Surveys and Claiming CE Credit”. Then click the document “Surveys and Claiming Continuing Education Credit” You will also receive an email with a link to the evaluation after the meeting.
