New hotel reservations will be accepted by the SITC 2025 housing bureau, Showcare Event Solutions until 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025. All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing via email to SITC@showcare.com. You may also make changes by logging into your registration record by 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025. On a space-available basis, changes or cancellations made after 5PM ET on Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2025, should be made directly with the hotel. Note: No changes will be accepted between 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025, and Monday, Oct.13, 2025. Hotels can be contacted directly starting on Tuesday, Oct. 14. If you make changes directly with the hotel on or after Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2025, this information will not be reflected in your SITC registration.
Board, Speakers and VIP Reservations
If you are a Board Member, Speaker, or VIP, you will be responsible for paying for room nights and taxes, along with any incidental charges. You will submit your reimbursement form to SITC staff after the event. You must stay within the SITC housing block to qualify for reimbursement.
Attendees are encouraged to stay at our SITC contracted Hotel. Staying at the contracted hotel not only allows attendees to take advantage of special discounted room rates but also puts them near all meeting events for maximum interaction with fellow attendees and faculty. Additionally, staying at these hotels helps the Society honor our contractual obligations to avoid negative financial implications which keeps meeting expenses and registration rates lower.
