Access to SITC 2025 Enduring Materials for Registered Attendees

Recorded Presentations

As a benefit for attending the SITC's 40^th Anniversary Annual Meeting & Pre-Conference Programs (SITC 2025), the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) provides enduring materials, as permitted by presenters, free of charge for the specific programs for which attendees were registered. Enduring materials will be posted on the virtual meeting platform after each program/session.

The virtual meeting platform will be available for approximately eight weeks after the program for registered attendees until Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2026. At this time the enduring materials, as permitted by presenters, will be moved to the SITC website and will be available for registered attendees.

ePosters

All ePosters, as provided by presenters, will be available during the 40^th Annual Meeting for meeting participants to view and download on the virtual meeting platform, beginning Friday, Nov. 7, 2025. ePosters are available for meeting participants only and will be available on the virtual meeting platform for the duration the platform is available, Nov. 7, 2025 at 9 a.m. CT/10 a.m. ET through Jan. 6, 2026.

Please note: ePosters are not available after Jan. 6, 2026. 

Access to SITC 2025 Enduring Materials for Non-Registrants

Immediate Access

Registration will remain open until Nov. 23, 2025 after SITC 2025 for those who did not attend or register for the meeting.

Those who register by Nov. 23, 2025 will receive access to all recorded sessions and ePosters on the virtual meeting platform. The virtual meeting platform will be accessible through Jan. 7, 2025. At this time, the enduring materials (recorded sessions and slides), as permitted by presenters, will be moved to the SITC website and will be available for anyone who has registered. 

Other Options to Purchase Access

SITC 2025 Enduring Materials (slides and recorded videos), as permitted by presenters, will be available for non-registrants to purchase beginning Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2025. SITC Members receive a discount for purchasing access to enduring materials. Become a member or renew your membership to take advantage of this benefit. 

One year after SITC 2025, the enduring materials, as permitted by presenters, will be available free of charge to the public.
