Khleif, MD (Professor, Georgia Cancer Center) presents on genetic changes within the tumor microenvironment, and seeks to address whether genetic changes can guide the design of cancer immunotherapies with a focus on the role of specific biomarkers (PDL-1, MSI, mutant Ras). He presents both preclinical and Phase II clinical results.
