SITC has signed on to an ACS-CAN letter regarding inclusion of language into a federal bill that would provide a new regulatory safe harbor that would allow sponsors of clinical trials, targeting cancer or other life-threatening diseases, to cover certain indirect costs incurred by clinical trial participants without violating the AKS or Beneficiary Inducement CMP.
