Given the rapid growth and success of immunotherapy in cancer care, the next challenges lie in discovering new targets, predicting patient response, reducing toxicities, and optimizing therapeutic strategies. Central to overcoming these challenges is bioinformatics—the application of computational, statistical, and genomic tools to understand the immune system and guide the development of next‑generation immunotherapies.
The SITC Immunotherapy Bioinformatics Special Interest Group (SIG) welcomes all SITC members interested in leveraging bioinformatics to drive these advances. The SIG offers a collaborative space for researchers, clinicians, data scientists, and industry professionals to connect with peers, share expertise, and help shape the future of immunotherapy.
