Hotel Reservation Deadline is Monday, Oct. 2, 2023

Join us in person in San Diego, CA, or virtually, for SITC's 38th Annual Meeting & Pre-Conference Programs (SITC 2023). SITC 2023 will be held at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA. Housing will be available for booking during the registration process.

Reserve a Room

All individuals must be registered for the 2023 SITC Annual Meeting and/or Pre-Conference Program before reserving a hotel room. To register for the meeting and reserve a hotel room, please visit the registration page.

Hotel reservation information will be provided in the meeting registration confirmation email. 

Important Housing Notice

Showcare is the official housing partner of SITC 2023. Other third-party companies have been inaccurately representing themselves as a SITC housing vendor. Hotel reservations for SITC 2023 should be made during registration or with the information received in your confirmation email. SITC is not responsible for other means of reservation. Should you provide your credit card information to an unauthorized third-party company, your card may be charged, but you may not have a reservation when you arrive at the hotel.

Housing Policies and Important Dates

The SITC 38th Annual Meeting & Pre-Conference Programs Housing Partner, Showcare Event Solutions, will accept new hotel reservations, changes and cancellation until 5PM PDT on Monday, Oct. 2, 2023. 

It is recommended that you book early in order to take advantage of the special room rates that are subject to availability(rooms may be sold out prior to this date).

The reservations will be transferred to the hotels on Friday, October 6, 2023.  To ensure the hotels have the most up-to-date information, we ask that all hotel cancellations and changes be made by 5PM PDT on Monday, Oct. 2, 2023.

Student Housing Information

STUDENT HOUSING POLICIES

  • SITC has a limited number of discounted rooms available for postdoctoral fellows and students. Reservations are based upon a first-come, first-served basis to students. One room reservation per student. Rooms are non-transferable. Individuals are responsible for all of their room charges and fees
  • Individual must be registered as a student for the 2023 SITC Annual Meeting and/or a SITC 2023 Pre-Conference Program 
  • Your specific reservation is being held for you in the inventory of rooms the hotel blocked for this meeting. SITC takes no responsibility should a room type not be available at check-in
