COVID-19 Information

Proof of Vaccination Required

At SITC 2022, our goal is to have a safe and meaningful conference. To help manage the safety of all attending, proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 will be required for all in-person meeting attendees. We are currently assessing solutions for validating vaccination status and that information will be communicated soon.

Meeting and Headquarter Hotels

Hotel Reservation deadline: MONday, Oct. 10, 2022

SITC 2022 will be held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston, MA, while Pre-Conference Programs will be held at the adjacent, Omni Boston At The Seaport hotel.  Housing will be available for booking during the registration process.

Reserve a Room

All individuals must be registered for the 2022 SITC Annual Meeting and/or a SITC 2022 Pre-Conference Program before reserving a hotel room. To register for the meeting and then reserve a hotel room, please visit the registration page. Hotel reservation information will be provided in the meeting registration confirmation email. 

Hotel Reservation Cancellation Deadline

72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancelling your reservation less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to the daily room rate plus tax.

Important Housing Notice

Third-party companies have been inaccurately representing themselves as a SITC housing vendor. SITC does not partner with third-party housing vendors. Reservations for SITC 2022 should be made with the information received in your conference registration confirmation email. SITC is not responsible for other means of reservation. Should you provide your credit card information to an unauthorized third-party company, your card may be charged, but you may not have a reservation when you arrive at the hotel.

STUDENT HOUSING POLICIES

  • SITC has a limited number of discounted rooms available for postdoctoral fellows and students. Reservations are based upon a first-come, first-served basis to students. One room reservation per student. Rooms are non-transferable. Individuals are responsible for all of their room charges and fees.
  • Individual must be registered as a student for the 2022 SITC Annual Meeting and/or a SITC 2022 Pre-Conference Program before, or at the time of submitting a hotel reservation form to be considered for a student room.
  • Once approved by SITC, the individual must contact the hotel to provide a credit card to hold the reservation. SITC is not responsible for no-shows or early departure fees charged by the hotel or rooms resold due to non-arrival.
  • Your specific reservation is being held for you in the inventory of rooms the hotel blocked for this meeting. SITC takes no responsibility should a room type not be available at check-in.
  • The below stated room rates do not include taxes.
