Bio

Translational and diagnostic scientist with 10+ years across oncology, immunotherapy, and laboratory medicine, spanning academia, pharma, and IVD.

My background bridges translational research, assay development, and regulatory science, with a focus on turning biomarker discoveries into submission-ready diagnostics. Experience includes developing and validating fit-for-purpose assays (multiplex immunoassays, companion diagnostics, protein and glycan platforms), writing clinical trial protocols and IVDR technical documentation, and advising biotech companies on biomarker and regulatory strategy.

I translate complex molecular mechanisms into visual narratives for industry and clinical audiences, developing mechanism-of-action animations and scientific content that connect bench science and commercial strategy.

I contribute to international standards for IVD and laboratory medicine through CLSI, ISO/TC 212, and CEN/TC 140.

Track record:
- 2 patents, 18+ publications, 150+ peer reviews, h-index 9
- JCO Clinical Cancer Informatics editorial board member (ASCO)
- SITC Sparkathon Class of 2023: 1 of 12 emerging leaders in cancer immunotherapy toxicity

Volunteer Bio

With more than 5 years of experience in biomarker discovery, assay development, and laboratory medicine, I have successfully implemented bioanalytical and translational strategies to advance clinical progress. My proven track record in managing R&D projects demonstrates my dedication to delivering high-quality, timely results and ensuring exceptional patient care.
I am committed to fostering innovation through collaborative leadership, building strategic partnerships, and advocating for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in healthcare.
