SITC is now accepting exhibit booth reservations for SITC 2018. Reserve your space here! Contact the SITC Development Office at (414) 271-2456 or development@sitcancer.org for more information.

When can I book a hotel room?

You can begin reserving a hotel room at any time. In order to guarantee the SITC hotel room rate, book before Oct. 15, 2018. Be sure to make your reservations early, as the room block may sell out prior to the deadline. Click here for more information on hotel and travel.

What are the exhibit hall hours?

Wednesday, Nov. 7
8 a.m. - 5 p.m.     Exhibitor move-in
Thursday, Nov. 8
8 a.m. - 12 p.m.   Continued exhibitor move-in
8 a.m. - 12 p.m.   Poster set-up by authors
5 - 6:30 p.m.         Annual Meeting Welcome Reception in Exhibit Hall
Friday, Nov. 9
8 a.m. - 8 p.m.     Hall open
8 a.m. - 8 p.m.     Posters available for viewing
12:45 - 2:15 p.m. Lunch and poster viewing in exhibit hall (authors required to present)
6:30 - 8 p.m.        Evening reception and poster viewing in exhibit hall (authors required to present)

What are the Pre-Conference Programs? 

Prior to the Annual Meeting, SITC offers programming designed to educate attendees on topics related to cancer immunotherapy. The Cancer Immune Escape program will take place Wednesday, Nov. 7, and the Primer and Workshop will take place Nov. 8, 2018. These programs are open to all attendees for an additional fee.

What type of badges are included with exhibit booth purchases?

Exhibitors receive a number of complimentary badges, based on their exhibit booth package. These badges allow different types of access during SITC's Annual Meeting.
Annual Meeting Delegate: Allows access to the exhibit hall, social events, and scientific sessions during the Annual Meeting, Nov. 9 - 11, 2018.
Annual Meeting Guest: Allows access to evening receptions during the Annual Meeting, Nov. 9-11, 2018, but does not permit attendance to scientific sessions.
Exhibit Booth Staff: Allows access to exhibit hall during the Annual Meeting, Nov. 9 - 11, 2018. Booth staff are able to enter the exhibit hall during all open hours, as well as during designated move-in and move-out times.
