Speaker Management System

All faculty will be required to enter into the speaker management system in order to complete necessary information as well as upload your presentation. The following can be required to be uploaded into the system:

  • Contact Information
  • Photo
  • Biography (approximately 300 words)
  • Conflict of Interest
  • Recording Permission of Slides and Presentation
  • Reimbursement Policy Agreement
  • PowerPoint Presentation
To access the speaker management system, program participants can either use the direct link sent via email from education@sitcancer.org or click here and log in with your SITC username and password.

Presentation Information

All presentations must be in 16:9 ratio. All Faculty must also have a disclosure slide in the beginning of their presentation, even if just to state that there are no relevant disclosures to the presentation. If faculty intend to discuss any product use that is off-label or investigational, they must disclose that the use or indication in question is not currently approved by the FDA.

Poster Presentation Information

Poster Hall Information

Poster Hall Location: Hall E

Poster Hall Hours: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 9 and 8 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10

Poster Set-Up Hours: 8 a.m. – Noon on Thursday, Nov. 8 and 8 a.m. – Noon on Friday, Nov. 9

Poster Tear-Down Hours: 8:25 – 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9

All regular and late-breaking abstracts chosen for poster presentation will be on display in the 33rd Annual Meeting Poster Hall on Friday, Nov. 9 and Saturday, Nov. 10. Posters are displayed on poster boards throughout the hall.

In addition to displaying a poster, each poster’s presenting author will also be asked to be available at their poster either Friday, Nov. 9 or Saturday, Nov. 10 to discuss and give informal presentations to interested Annual Meeting attendees during the lunch and reception hours. Odd numbered posters will be presented at 12:45 – 2:15 p.m. and 6:30 – 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 9. Even numbered posters will be presented at 12:20 – 1:50 p.m. and 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10.

Poster Size

Poster display size cannot exceed 1 meter x 1 meter (3.3ft x 3.3ft)

Poster Printing

Unfortunately SITC does not print or provide recommendation on where to print your poster. SITC recommends printing your poster prior to the meeting and travelling with it. SITC does not offer special accommodations for disposing of or shipping posters. Any posters left in the poster hall on Sunday, Nov. 11 will be disposed of by event staff.

Poster QR Codes

QR codes or URLs may be provided on posters in order to share your data and presentation with other meeting attendees.
