SITC 2013 Registration Prices

Registration prices include: Continental Breakfast, Lunch, and a light evening meal as detailed in the schedule-at-a-glance.

Please note your registration classification to determine the correct program fees.

  • Allied Health Professionals are non-MD, PhD or PharmD individuals such as nurses, physician assistants or lab technicians.
  • Regular member attendees have a MD or PhD
    *Non-Member Students and Fellows-in-Training are required to provide proof of enrollment or a letter from lab supervisor with the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. You may fax your cancellation to 414-276-3349 or e-mail education@sitcancer.org.  Requests need to be submitted to the SITC office on or before October 6, 2013. A $50 processing fee will be charged for all cancella­tions. All refunds will be processed after the programs; you will receive an e-mail confirmation.  No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received after October 6, 2013. Special considerations will be given for health or family emergencies if requested in writing no later than 15 business days after the last day of the programs.

Press Registration

To gain access to any SITC educational activity, journalists and medical/science writers must register for the program providing all requested information as well as abide by the policies of SITC as noted in the Press Registration Document.

SITC 2013 are non-accredited continuing medical education events and activities. No credits are offered for physician participation in these educational programs and activities.
