JITC Manuscript Reviewer

Location: Online Opportunity

Description:

A peer-reviewed journal would not survive without the generous time and insightful comments of the reviewers. Although final decisions are always editorial, they are greatly facilitated by the deeper technical knowledge, scientific insights, understanding of social consequences, and passion that reviewers bring to editor deliberation.

JITC manuscript reviewers assess the merit of submitted studies, carefully analyze and critique them, and provide general and specific constructive recommendations to help authors greatly enhanced the value of their manuscripts. The number of manuscripts assigned to a reviewer each year can vary greatly depending on the need and content area to be reviewed, though most reviewers will receive at least 2-4 invitations to review per year. JITC manuscript reviewers are now eligible to receive continuing medical education (CME) credits based on the quality and timeliness of the review.
