CHECKS & BALANCES: CANCER IMMUNOTHERAPY FOR THE ADVANCED PRACTICE NURSE

Session Description:This 2-hour session will provide an overview of immunotherapy for the advanced practice nurse focusing on currently approved agents, regimens, and modalities, as well as novel investigational agents currently in clinical trials. A case-based approach with an audience response tool will be used to engage participants in detailed interaction about immune-related adverse events (irAEs), including presentation, assessment, intervention, and shared decision-making.
