Webcast Registration Rates
Members of the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) are eligible for discounted registration rates. To receive discounted member rates, your membership dues must be current. Renew your dues or apply for membership.
Please note your registration classification to determine the correct registration rate. For non-members, your classification is determined by your primary institution.

**To obtain the member/non-member small biotech/consultant rate, please email education@sitcancer.org or call 414-271-2456 and provide the following information: name, company and number of employees company wide. You will then be instructed on how to register for the program. |
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. You may fax your cancellation to +1 414-276-3349 or e-mail events@sitcancer.org. Requests must be made one week prior to the webcast. A $10 processing fee will be charged for webcast cancellations.
All refunds will be processed after the programs; you will receive an e-mail confirmation. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received after the 3 weeks out date. Special considerations will be given for health or family emergencies if requested in writing to events@sitcancer.org no later than 15 business days after the last day of the programs.
