All cancellations must be received in writing. You may fax your cancellation to +1 414-276-3349 or e-mail email@example.com. Requests must be made one week prior to the webcast. A $10 processing fee will be charged for webcast cancellations.All refunds will be processed after the programs; you will receive an e-mail confirmation. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received after the 3 weeks out date. Special considerations will be given for health or family emergencies if requested in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 15 business days after the last day of the programs.Shared InformationPlease note that attendee information may be shared with a collaborative partner, Association of Community Cancer Centers.This only applies to meeting attendees and not all registrants.
