Constitution and Bylaws Committee

The Constitution and Bylaws Committee is responsible for reviewing proposed amendments to the Society's Constitution to ensure that all proposed amendments are in proper form. This Committee clarifies the language of all proposed amendments and verifies that they are in proper form per the Society's legal counsel. Upon approval by this Committee of a proposed amendment, the members make a determination as to the Society's ability to execute the same. The Chair of this Committee presents the proposed amendment to the Executive Council with a recommendation to adopt, modify, or reject the proposed amendment.
